Had multiple questions about a spare tire and a jack for our vehicle and Alex did not have answers and did not try to get an answer. Service was quick and good but customer service was not. Also had a dead our vehicle and Alex did not have answers and did not try to get an answer. Service was quick and good but customer service was not. Also had a dead battery that morning and asked to check it out and was told it’s at 77% to just keep Driving and it will charge. That was after 2 hours of driving already. More

When I purchased a car from another dealership anytime my car was in for a service appointment I would get it back cleaned and vacuumed.
