Unfortunately nothing has changed since my last encounter with this dealership, in factttttt; it’s gotten worse. Last time I left a review which was over a year ago, I stated my vehicle was making a loud squ with this dealership, in factttttt; it’s gotten worse. Last time I left a review which was over a year ago, I stated my vehicle was making a loud squeal noise and I had brought it in on multiple occasions to have it fixed. Every single time, the vehicle was given back to me and service stated that the issue had been resolved. Fast forward to now.. my jeep has been at the dealership for exactly one month. I have gotten ZERO updates in regards to my vehicle. If I want an update, I need to literally hound down my service advisor for an update. This time around, they stated that my break booster needs to be replaced. I regret buying my vehicle here, I wish I could go back and go to ANY other dealership. This has been by far the worst experience with a dealership I’ve ever had. They will make you feel special to get your business and soon after it’ll be like you don’t even exist. They will ignore you and disregard any and all your concerns. I’ve been paying rentals out of pocket, continued making my car payments and of course, they could care less they are in no rush to get my car back to me. Please avoid the headache and shop else where. This is the only dealership I’ve ever done business with that is this careless!! More

This guys are great, i have been in different jeep dealership and theres nothing compared to them. I have my guy De Thomas here and he always makes sure i get out of there satisfied and happy with my dealership and theres nothing compared to them. I took my Jeep for oil service and the coordinator Joe Dithomas, made me aware of other issues with my vehicle that I did not know even after taking it to other dealers for the same service. Joe was in co Dithomas, made me aware of other issues with my vehicle that I did not know even after taking it to other dealers for the same service. Joe was in contact with me to keep me updated with the process and was trying to return my car as fast as he could. I been thinking about going electric but when you get service like this I honestly would buy another Jeep thanks to Joe Dithomas At Los Angeles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. More

Henry Martinez was very efficient and reliable. I expected a minimum of 2 days to hear back, but the team fixed my vehicle's issue and I had it back within 24 hours. I was worried that a multipoint I expected a minimum of 2 days to hear back, but the team fixed my vehicle's issue and I had it back within 24 hours. I was worried that a multipoint inspection and new found issues/repairs would be very costly, however, the team was very straightforward and honest. Hopefully, I don't face another vehicle problem anytime soon, but if anything comes up, I would definitely book another service appointment with LACDJR and more specifically, Henry. More
