Beware of being ripped off I came here for several repairs, including oil change, switching headlamps, and do some recall updates for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They told I came here for several repairs, including oil change, switching headlamps, and do some recall updates for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They told me it would cost anywhere from $30-$60 to change each light which I was okay with. It turns out that they tried to switch them out but apparently not turning on and that this was now an electrical issue. They quoted me $595 just for the electrical diagnostic this would not include the repairs. Skeptical I called two other jeep service dealerships and both quoted me $185 for the electrical diagnostic for the issue I was having. When I called the dealer back they told me "thats what they quote you but one you are there they jackup the price" apparently this is something they do as well. When I went to pick up my jeep (refusing the electrical diagnostic) they added a $140 charge just to look at my lights. Also the rubber where they accessed trhe lights was left hanging and not put in place and the access panel was missing a piece. When i talked to the manager he was very nasty, he said the piece was already missing and refused to put the rubber back in place. This guy had not a clue how to deal with upset customers, should be fired. 3 Days later skeptical that they even looked at my lights I went to purchase a light from Autozone. It was difficult to try to remove the light from the passenger side (the most accessible side) but after 30 mins I was able to access the light and switch to the new one. Take a look at the pictures, light is on, no electrical problem. These guys are so shady. More
I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a service yesterday. I highly recommend Cesar Velasquez at Jeep on Figueroa. My car is always in great shape thanks to him and he couldn’t be nicer! All friendly and attentive staff as soon as you walk into the service dept. Service writer took the time to explain and go over paperwork and parts ordered. Got my car back same day, with a wash too!
