Once we explained that, he invited us inside and while he went out and looked for a couple trucks to look at. I really appreciate that he kept the selection within the trim and price that I wanted. Not wasting my time showing me trucks outside my liking and price range. His ability to connect with me as a customer is what made me want to give my business to him and the dealership. If there are more sales consultants like Luciano, imagine what that could do within a dealership. I will absolutely refer my friends and family to Luciano!
