I had one of the worse days when I had trouble with my car and heading the moment I stepped in the auto service shop, Javier was such a professional. A rare experience I had from being stuck at a gas station waiting for a tow truck and sending my car to LACDJR for service. As bad as my day was, Javier reassured me that things happen like this all the time and not to worry. Javier explained everything to me by the detail and was very orientated in attention to detail at his job. The staff excelled above and beyond as well with the process. Moreover, Javier communicated with be each day on the condition of the vehicle. In the end, the job was done. With such a cohesive crew LACDJR have an amazing asset to their department to represent. Javier had rare characteristics such as: caring, commitment, teamwork, and integrity. I recommend this gentleman a raise in position from his customer service. The crew also washed my car. They didn't had to do that but they did an amazing job. Look good, feel good, and act good. Felt that DODGE pride driving out the lot with a safe vehicle to drive and looking fresh out in the streets. The service here is well over 5 starts and should be multiplied by 10 more. This dealer offered a vehicle for 53000. After I got there test drove it and completed the credit application. (My score is 753) They renegged on the price raising it over 7,000 dollars. AND they offer there test drove it and completed the credit application. (My score is 753) They renegged on the price raising it over 7,000 dollars. AND they offered me 14000 trade in for my GMC 4x4 that KBB trade in estimate was 18000 to 22000. They lied to me, wasted my time and tenegged on a written offer. I would not trust these people. Very shady business. All done witha smile. More
