Originally I explained to Dalton that the only two needs we had were Apple Car Play and a back up camera. When I explained the deal we got he explained to me that I wasn’t getting the Apple Car play option. I reached out to the other dealer to confirm. When I got a “let me check on that” reply I knew something was up. Dalton was there to save the day and we can’t thank him enough for that. More

His customer service was great, was very informative, and I have to say was very patient with me since I was new to the whole process and I'm not a car expert. He always had an answer to our questions (he knows what he's talking about) and was 100% interested in helping and showing, which was something that was lacking at other places where they either wouldn't take the time to explain in detail unless we were buying that same day, or they didn't have all the answers we wanted. Chad has also been great at following up after we got the car. I can say I have peace of mind knowing I can trust this dealer and I didn't feel any weird push from them. More
