Had a great experience purchasing my new Jeep at LACDJ! I then decided against special ordering and went back & forth between new and used vehicles. My salesman, Rusben Guevara was extremely patient with me trying to sort out my options, he was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering my questions (and I had a lot, since I did my research!). After two hours and a used Jeep test drive, a beautiful brand new sting grey Jeep on the lot caught my eye. Went for a test drive and then drove it home. :) Overall, the entire experience was excellent from beginning chats with Greg Parham, through the leasing process with Rusben and then onto the finance department. I never felt rushed or that I was annoying anyone with my extended time (5 hours) spent at the dealership. (Unlike at the Scott Robinson dealership…had a terrible encounter with a salesman who treated us badly because we didn’t want to spend $70, 000 on the spot). Anyway, if you want to be treated well then LACDJ is the place to go. More

I really enjoyed my experience at Al’s CJDRM. I walked in not knowing exactly what car I wanted, and Edward Estrada did a great job of walking me through the pros and cons of each option. Once I chose the Gr not knowing exactly what car I wanted, and Edward Estrada did a great job of walking me through the pros and cons of each option. Once I chose the Grand Cherokee, I felt like I got a fair deal and there was no attitude throughout the process. Everyone was friendly, easy going, and helpful. More
Frankie Valdez was super nice and helpful from the very start. We went to the dealer just to look at cars and ended up walking out with a Jeep WRANGLER. Frankie was knowledgeable gave us a tour without com start. We went to the dealer just to look at cars and ended up walking out with a Jeep WRANGLER. Frankie was knowledgeable gave us a tour without commitment. Best part was the conversation with him was more like a friend than a sales associate. This would be my 3rd car purchase and the best experience ever! Loved the staff i interacted with is super technology friendly and even found out about new gadgets I need! Thank you Frankie!! More

Unless they are willing to sell at a fair price stay away. Went in to look at a new family vehicle a Pacifica Hybrid. Staff appeared nice at first but were quick to put up there guard when it came to pr away. Went in to look at a new family vehicle a Pacifica Hybrid. Staff appeared nice at first but were quick to put up there guard when it came to pricing. They are trying to sell this car at $7000 above MSRP. Its not just that, that is irratating but thats $10000 more than what their dealer invoice was for the car.. They claim the rarity of the vehicle because of the chip shortage. I wont deny that supplies maybe limited now but that will not be forever. Whats going to happen when they dont have a supply issue anymore. Prices will normalize and the vechile you over paid for.... well you'll be owning more on it than what its market value is worth. Also I have the same vechile being custom ordered at another dealer that will sell it at MSRP. I gave this dealer the benefit of the doubt because they had one in stock. But it would be better to do business else where and wait 2 to 3 months for the order. P.S. Keep in mind dealers get whats called a hold back. So even if they claim to sell a car at invoice they are still getting a profit of that vehicle sold. Long story short. Stay away unless they want to do fair business. More
