Good service department. I worked with Cesar at the check-in location. It was quick and easy to get inside and get started. I was in for a simple recall so the process itself I worked with Cesar at the check-in location. It was quick and easy to get inside and get started. I was in for a simple recall so the process itself was also simple. One odd thing was they disconnected my dash cam. I don't mind it, I'm sure it's a privacy thing for within their garage...but maybe just put tape/paper over it next time? I only mention it because I tediously ran the cable to keep it out of sight, and they just "yanked" it out so I had to do som work to get it back up in the headliner. Not a big deal, but worth noting. More
