Anthony Mendoza was amazing! He was so helpful throughout the whole process, showed me different car models and compared them so we could figure out what was the best fit for me. Car purchsed in October 2023. Still have not received the title (today is Feb 9, 2024). I get that administrative functions take time - however - I have been calling and asking anyone I can get live on the phone (even Nick the GM) and it's the same story "let me find out from the business office and I'll call you back". Never a call back, just me chasing people over and over for months. Not even sure if this amount of delay or non-disclosure of info is legal. Title needs to be delivered within a certain timeframe? Disappointing and kinda sketchy. Happy to re-edit back to a 5-star review if someone can just tell me what steps have been taken to release the title, when those steps were taken, what steps remain and when the title will be put into the mail for overnight delivery. Feel free to call me back Nick with that specific info please, just not another "business office is working on it" update. You have my number. Complaint filed with CA DMV and counsel retained for prompt resolution and/or compensation. More
