I brought my van here after getting an email about a recall with Dodge Caravans. The van is only at 18,000 miles and has been taken to the dealer for all services. Once I brought it to this location the van started to make grinding noises when changing gears from park to reverse etc. I called and let them know about my issues with the van after getting services done here and they want to charge me a $250 fee to just check it out. The van had never had any issues and is practically still new. I would also like to mention that once I came back to pick up my van they had blocked it in and made it impossible for me to even leave. I waited an hour until and older gentleman told me to just take it out myself. I refused as I felt that o might hit one of the other cars parked. He then told another worker to just move it and the worker refused as he said he would hit another vehicle. The older gentleman then says to him who cares if you hit a car it's already wrecked it doesn't matter. Even if my car has damage on one side I do not appreciate the way they were careless about moving my car. I really wish I would have gone to another service center but this was the closest to me. More

Service Technician talks to you directly, came in to pick up and have programed a missing Key Fob from new Wagoneer S 4XE. Had appointment for this, they called the Service Technician, Frankie Guzman and h up and have programed a missing Key Fob from new Wagoneer S 4XE. Had appointment for this, they called the Service Technician, Frankie Guzman and he greeted me, told me how long it would take to program the new key. I told him I would be in the finance department to pay the balance due on the car. Frankie said he would come to the finance department and keep up updated on the service. Later he came to the waiting room I was in, gave me the new Key Fob and told me where in parked my car. Outstanding service, very few times that I can remember when I dealt directly with the service tech, I really appreciate working with someone who cares about the customer. More
