When I met Jeremy I told him that whatever can go wrong will go wrong. Well, unfortunatley I was right. It took us 3 months but he stuck with me and took almost daily phone calls from me to find out what will go wrong. Well, unfortunatley I was right. I was recently in the market for a different vehicle. About a month ago, I helped my older daughter locate and purchase a vehicle at Lorinn's and she has been so pleased with the staff and the vehicle. So when it came time for me to purchase, I again went to Lorinn's. The staff, from management to sales to automotive technicians treated me with respect and honesty. Not once was I made to feel inadequate or "talked down to" in regards to my credit and financial situation. They were able to put me in the vehicle I was interested in at a payment I could afford and it was all done in under two hours. I had to return the next day to have a remote fixed and they were just as courteous and helpful and friendly AFTER the sale as they were before and during the sale. I highly recommend their dealership and will no doubt return when I am in need of a different vehicle in the future. Jeremy Sparks was THE BEST. PERIOD. I have horrible credit, and knew this going in. I didn't think it was possible to get financed, but Jeremy was very reassuring. I had quite a bit of money down, and he told me that I was approved even with only HALF OF IT! It meant a slight higher payment, of course, but I was happy with it because it was still SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER than I expected. I am always happier with money in my pocket. He took a bad, stereotypical expectant experience, and turned it into something GREAT! He will forever be my "car guy" as he put it, and I wouldn't have it any other way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More

I first must say that I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Lorrin's Used Vehicles definitely stands out compared to the other dealerships I have attempted to work with....DEFINITELY.
