From the first phone call to the final handshake, this was the best dealership experience we have had in many years. Keith Adams and the others there (Sue in particular) made this a no pressure, fast-mov was the best dealership experience we have had in many years. We have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so. Keith was friendly, honest in his answers to our questions and professional at the same time. There were no gimmicks, no slick talking and never did we doubt they were telling the truth when responding to questions. That was not our experience with a couple of other area dealers in the days prior to visiting Lorinn's. We will return there in the future and highly recommend Keith and Lorinn's Used Vehicles to others looking for a good deal at a fair price. More

Keith was professionally persistent! Because I am a female some may argue that we are faced with more of a challenge when car shopping, however he never came off this way and treated me with resect. I am very pleased with the end result and love my car, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, specifically those who are trying to build or repair their credit! More

Was lied to all the way around. Vehicles on the website were $3-$4k higher by time it came to finance. Was told they could get me what I wanted with what I had to work with. That was a lie. A 30 min drive up there to find out no we cant do that for what you want, even tho before the drive I kept asking to make sure and was told absolutely. They wanted twice the amount for the down payment I said I had and the monthly payments were over $120 more than what I said I was willing to pay. They were running vehicles through financing that I never wanted in the first place, then were getting mad when I tell them exactly what I wanted in a vehicle in the very beginning. They tell you exactly what you want to hear over the phone so that they can get you there in person to tell you something else, and hoping that you will just fall for there sales tactics and give into them since you are already there and see the vehicle you want in person. My dad was a car sales man for 30 yrs, I know what the tricks are they use. They will get you into a vehicle, but dnt expect it to be on ur terms. You can expect a higher down payment to get the monthly payment amount you want though. They will absolutely do that for you. They say the price on the website is a "cash only" price, but if you finance its $3k-$4k more on top of that price for used vehicles that takes it way over its value. More

customer service was good, found us a vehicle an got us approved. once took delivery bank kept calling us for more information that the dealer was suspose to be getting to them, but told us they were tire approved. once took delivery bank kept calling us for more information that the dealer was suspose to be getting to them, but told us they were tired of calling them and asking and started calling us. The vehicle has a couple service issues which they said they would take care of. They did however the tire light was not fixed, when I called the service the manager lied to me about what they did, but told me I could bring it back down which is over a 30 min drive, I took it else where and the tire had a slash in the sidewall, which was clearly there when they first looked at it. They did replace the tire for me, but when we got the tire put on the service manager was very rude and when I asked some other questions him and a service tech were laughing at the questions and giving very short snippy answers. I have bought many used and new vehicles and every time they have had a full tank of gas. upon pick up I had to put gas in it to get home. Then came the 30 plate was going to expire and I didn't have the title to get plates, this took over a week to get and once again I had to drive down and get the title so I could get my plates before the 30 day expired this trip down they did put $25 of gas in for me. More

After we purchased the car we had a problem with the power door lock which he had repaired the next day. I would recommend LUV to anyone looking for a used car. Their 12 mo. 12 thousand mi. warranty makes buying a used car a little less risky. More
