Very disappointing service after purchasing our vehicle. On our way home after purchasing 2023 vehicle with 10k miles, we experienced issues. After brining the vehicle back in the very next day, waiting f On our way home after purchasing 2023 vehicle with 10k miles, we experienced issues. After brining the vehicle back in the very next day, waiting for over 4 hours without any communication, they not only did not fix the issues but also damaged our vehicle (right side was sideswiped) and then they denied responsibility. Absolutely bewildered at their response and lack of accountability, forcing us to take legal action to resolve. The manager, Alex, won’t even return our calls. I would highly suggest everyone think twice before giving this dealership business. More
