No appointment but got the problem solved . I had a very low battery which causes some software problems in my car and the service department got it in in the morning and had it fixed by ear . A deja vu / groundhog day experience I have taken my vehicle to the Ft. Lauderdale Nissan 3X in an 8 month period for the same issue; my AC. Now of course, Nissan says it has been differe I have taken my vehicle to the Ft. Lauderdale Nissan 3X in an 8 month period for the same issue; my AC. Now of course, Nissan says it has been different components every time because they're in the business of making money; as opposed to standing behind there product and/or service. I just refuse to believe that it's a different component because the deficiency with the system is exactly the same as the first time, during which time I was charged to replace the compressor. Additionally, if it were another component, how did they not see the pending deficiency when they worked on the vehicle the first or second time around? Then the 3rd go around, they quote me another ridiculous charge and when I refuse service and inform them that I was going to write to their superiors in charge, they suddenly "cut me a break" charging me 1/4 of what they proposed. I'm interested to see how long this repair will last. If it goes bad again, I'll take it back only to see if they'll honor their work, but I won't give them any more of my hard earned money. I'm an extremely disappointed customer because they are either incompetent or dishonest. More
