During my most recent visit, we performed the 20k mile service and it went smoothly, as usual. Per my request, Craig obtained my warranty information to make sure Lorenzo Nissan has everything needed for future use. In the past, Craig's confidence and expertise alleviated my immense anxiety of fixing my 2012 with over 100k miles. My Mom now drives this car and we need it to last. He communicated with Lorenzo's lead technicians on my behalf and they did such a nice job - with patience and empathy. It still runs like a dream. I cannot thank Lorenzo Nissan's staff enough for always taking care of us. The cafe machine in the lobby is also a welcoming touch! Thank you. More

Excellent & Caring Service Terry took wonderful car of my car and me. My husband and I were getting ready to go out of town when the check engine light came on the night before Terry took wonderful car of my car and me.
