Gerald was very easy to work with even though communication was lacking. Did not receive notification of status via text until Monday, March 23. Luckily I did not need the vehicle to go to work on Saturday as we are self-isolating mostly at home. Also, the receptionist who answers the phone speaks so softly and not clearly enough to understand very well. More
