We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience. There seems to be a misunderstanding, i verified with the team and the car you have purchased back in March the car had a set of floor mats in the trunk they were removed prior to detail so they can be put back on the floor after detailing and removing the plastic protection from the carpet. But the floor mats were installed back in. I apologize again for the misunderstanding.

The last service I received at Lorenzo Nissan was way overpriced and there was an air filter added that I did not ask for so I will not go back. I will not recommend this dealership either. More
