I scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and normally I work with Craig for my services however this service Craig was not going to be there on that day so he scheduled me with Rand rotation and normally I work with Craig for my services however this service Craig was not going to be there on that day so he scheduled me with Randy, who was great from beginning to end. They do not answer service phone line at all, ever; goes to vm w/no message capability; this is even if you call the main to be transferred to service department. Could not get any answers to service questi to vm w/no message capability; this is even if you call the main to be transferred to service department. Could not get any answers to service questions in advance. Had to resort to attempting to make appointment online. Could not change appointment time online. Had to end up just dropping by the dealership for service. They did not correctly reset oil change maintenance settings on vehicle. My vehicle is still stating I need service, after my service was completed there . Also, after service was completed, they did not even pull my car out. It was sandwiched between two other cars, and took me several minutes to maneuver it out without hitting the other vehicle. How the service department operates at this dealership is very poor. Nevertheless, Service Rep was friendly. More
