Craig Servo is an asset to your organization. If it wasn't for him, I would be servicing my vehicle somewhere else because when Ft. Lauderdale Nissas was bought out by Lorenzo, it eliminated the Synchr wasn't for him, I would be servicing my vehicle somewhere else because when Ft. Had an appointment for an oil change and was told when I got there that the wait was at least two and a half hours. Took up my entire day off sitting there then in rush hour traffic. Normally, I have zero issues; so, I hesitate bringing up something so picky. However, Lorenzo is awesome, and I want them to stay that way, so: Greeting was great. My technician, Shaun Rolle was wonderful a something so picky. However, Lorenzo is awesome, and I want them to stay that way, so: Greeting was great. My technician, Shaun Rolle was wonderful and attentive. Was on the nose about how long the maintenance would take. The dealership is very clean and cozy. It was very easy for me to work while waiting. They keep the music at a reasonable volume and not at concert level. Small issue: I was told they would give my car a complimentary wash and vacuuming. However, it looks more like they simply rinsed the car because their were clear dust/dirt stains and spots on the glass from traveling on highway that weren't removed. They would have easily come off in a proper washing. Also, it didn't look like they had vacuumed or they only made a cursory effort. Regardless, Lorenzo shines in customer service and in having a staff that's on the ball and beyond helpful. I'll take that over a wash any day More
I had a problem that required much coordination up the line at Nissan. The Service manager Ed Barros looked into the situation and was able to provide a more than satisfactory resolution to my problem. On line at Nissan. Once we knew how to proceed, I was introduced to ASM Craig Servo who was very crucial in getting the fix scheduled in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with both these individuals, the way Nissan backed up their product, and the work that was done. I will purchase a Nissan again as a result. I highly recommend Lorenzo Nissan for the servicing of your auto. Marty M. More
