The service was slow and there was a lack of communication. I made an appointment and arranged to be dropped of near by. The driver was massless and texting while driving. When I asked how will I get picked up, he told me to let Nissan know once’s called when the car is ready. When I got the call and asked for an escort, they told me “oh we stop shuttle service at 5.” How was I suppose to know? How was I suppose to get back if they dropped me off in the first place?? I had to arrange a ride back. Once there, I got attitude from the cashier because “the service center closed at 6” and I arrived at 6:15. No one informed me if the closing time. I could have been there sooner but I had to arrange a ride. More
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and an alignment. My schedule is very tight. I went for a replacement switch. Craig Servo was the advisor. Had an appointment for 8:15 am. Waited 2 hours he did not follow up with me to let me know how long it would take and what the problem was. advisor. Had an appointment for 8:15 am. He told me that they did not have a part. But no one told me anything. Craig always told me when he gets a chance he will check. Meanwhile he kept taking his time with other customers showing ne that I am not important. In addition I wanted to take care if brakes and my car was parked across the street. . I had to be on top of them to get my car finished. I was there 5 hours. I am not happy More
