I do not recommend going to that dealer. They sold a ford escape se with 3100 miles which was a demo at the same price or more expensive than a 0 mile. They never showed me the original price They sold a ford escape se with 3100 miles which was a demo at the same price or more expensive than a 0 mile. They never showed me the original price of the car and ended up buying a car at a very high price. I admit that I should never have signed the contract but what they did proves that they have no ethics. I tried to talk to the manager but he never wanted to show his face and told me to offer a set of carpets as a consolation. Please stay away from that dealer, they are not at all reliable. More

Will tell you one price and when you get there and drive the car they raise it by 2500. And also put in the lamest dealer fee excuses I have ever heard. Then when you go to walk out they try to make you stay and say they can do better. Dont bother here total scam artists. More
High Dealer Fees and beat up cars I don't usually write posts, but buyers need to be aware. This was a big lesson learned for me - complete waste of time to fly down to look at this c I don't usually write posts, but buyers need to be aware. This was a big lesson learned for me - complete waste of time to fly down to look at this car. I am from out of state and talked to salesmen trying to get a feel for condition of the car. They said it was perfect. They also said I could just take this car to Toyota and they would certify the car (lie). I flew into look at the car. They knew that I was coming and when I arrived - they couldn't find the car. Complete waste of time - but here are a few reasons - the car was covered in dirt, bird poop and ocean elements. After they pressure washed the debri off, the car still showed poor condition - scratches / dirt in seams / lots of wear. I had to educate them on the market value and difference between a Toyota Certified car and a used car (warranty difference/ toyota 160 point inspection /etc), but they didn't understand. The car was missing floor mats, head rest, dvd controller, dvd headphones, colored hitch cover. I called local toyota dealer while there. These missing items cost $1300. So if you want to pay high fees (thousands), high price, have car missing standard items, and get car in poor condition - Lorenzo Ford is the place for you. Stay away - I have never experienced anything like this before from a car dealer, and I have bought a lot of cars. BUYER BEWARE More
Service Department Experience First off I am not a person who generally posts anything at all on the web –especially negative experiences , but this one was just too much for me First off I am not a person who generally posts anything at all on the web –especially negative experiences , but this one was just too much for me and my family . We could not afford these repairs at the time as my 76 year old father is on fixed income and so are we, so after getting other family help financially we brought the car back in (Towed) which was about 2 weeks after their programing stop working and the steering got locked again . This is an extremely scary and dangerous situation , just imagine driving the car and you lose all control on the steering wheel – complete LOCK up. We received the diagnostics from their Mechanic and they said they could fix the car for around $1700 , no problems —again this is a lot of money for folks on fixed incomes but felt reassured that Lorenzo Ford was going to fix it and that it would be a safe car to drive again, or at least that was what we were lead to believe. We got the car back , paid for their services and after two weeks the steering lock up again putting my family in a very dangerous intersection while turning –avoiding an accident from mere luck that day . The car was towed back to Lorenzo and they re-programmed the power steering , drove it for a few days and said it needed an update that was not done previously. Great we thought, okay is it good now ? Yes we were golden . Unfortunately THE Car locked up a third time in just two weeks -again ? “ What “? , Jesus my wife had children in the car with her but with the grace of god we avoided yet another accident , now we are super concerned and so was the service Department at Lorenzo .TOWED the car back to Lorenzo a 4th time . They’ve had the car now on the forth occasion around two weeks++ and now tell us the car was in some sort of accident and the repairs could range in to $3000 to fix the problem “Properly”? Maybe ?but highly not recommended to fix this time around . Sure they were nice and courteous –but we were now looking at almost $5000 in total to fix the car with no guarantees. Seriously Had we been informed there were no guarantees in the work we would have taken other measures . At this point The Service Manager suggested we leave the car with him and he would see if there was something he could do at no additional charges . Last update this morning – Lorenzo ford now states the car is un-repairable from their end , to take it to a local mechanic, not a dealership so they can rig a fix . Nevertheless, The Service Manager was respectful during our call but did not offer any further help to the problem at hand ,all he wanted to do was return (Tow) the car to us. We are completely and utterly dissatisfied with this dealership and feel completely let down by the recent outcome . We have talked about some sort of refund with the service manager who flat out said that’s not happening. Not sure with anyone else but $1700 to us is a lot of money and to get absolutely no results on what you paid for is a disappointment . Merry Christmas ! RM More
