Worst place ever Scam Artists at hand.. So I went to buy a new 2016 ford fiesta ST, I already been approved at another FORD dealership ( Gus Machado FORD ) for the same car but it was used L So I went to buy a new 2016 ford fiesta ST, I already been approved at another FORD dealership ( Gus Machado FORD ) for the same car but it was used LORENZO FORD got me the same deal for the new car. 3 weeks later ( 03/11/2018 ) they call me to come in to ask about a finance issue. Turned out the bank closed down and I couldn't be approved with nobody else. So they wanted to take the car back after I signed the sales contract 3 weeks prior and my down payment. then they block my car which was still in my name and paperwork. I advised them that was illegal and since I called local police they moved it, Police came they said they wasn't gonna stop me to take the vehicle back with me but he advise me that they can repo the car later on.. So unfortunately we came into a agreement to give back my down payment and an extra $300 I had put into the car. Very upset with this dealership. I believe they back out of the deal I will be calling the finance company tomorrow to get the whole information.. More

Poor customer service. 2013 Ford Escape recall on side door latches. Stopped in for service. Woman at service center did not even acknowledge I was standing waiting. When I finally asked her about recall, she shoved a business card towards me. I asked how long service would take. Her response without looking up was two days. No offer of courtesy car, no other information. I left took car to another Ford dealership. This is my second horrible experience with Lorenzo previously Armstrong Ford. More
Poor Service after the sale I bought a 2017 Flex in November. After going through the usual sales and pricing games, we came to an agreement and bought the car. For some reason I bought a 2017 Flex in November. After going through the usual sales and pricing games, we came to an agreement and bought the car. For some reason, they could not transfer my tag at the time, and gave me a temporary plate that expired on 12/14/17. When approaching the expiration date, I called to check on it. After at least 10 attempts of calling and getting put into voice mail that is full and hangs up on you, a clerk finally told me she would personally check on this and call me back. If it did not come in, they would send me a new temporary tag. No call back. Tag expires. Now the car is illegal to drive. I get a post card on 12/27. Your tag is in. Pick it up at the dealer, and you owe us $23.00. This staff has no regard for the customer after the sales is made. I will never consider them for a car purchase again. More
