Shady, deceptive, and outright lies. Stay away! In a nutshell, save your time and energy. The advertised prices come nowhere close to where you end up. Our first sales person was outwardly rude at the onset of the vehicle walk around. That should have been a sign. Seriously, I cannot stress it enough, do not even waste your time. I only entertained driving the 2.5 hrs to go look at a used vehicle, due to the fact they were advertised on USAA’s “preferred dealers in my area”. I ended up purchasing the vehicle, but never would have expected the nightmare that would follow! It started with Lorenzo ford not sending the financier the correct paperwork, not answering or returning phone calls! Finally a month later I was able to purchase the vehicle, now It’s been over a month and they still have not made any attempt to pay off my trade in, A MONTH! 30 DAYS! So not only is the financing company of the trade in hounding me for payment, on a vehicle that is no longer in my procession, they are sending unpaid payments to claims, on a vehicle that has been on LORENZO FORDA PROPERTY FOR OVER A MONTH! So for the past month, 5 times a week I call Lorenzo ford, I either get transferred to an operator, who transfers me to a voicemail that is either full or to one that I can leave a VM only to never receive a call back. I have never had a car buying experience as such, and I wouldn’t want anyone else too. If you find your self pulling into LORENZO FORD, do yourself a favor, keep driving there’s a few dealerships down the road! More

The truck was not starting properly and I took it in again. I was told it was not running rite because the service work had not been done. When I informed them they were the only one to do the service work they then said I needed a new starter. On three different occasions I made appointments to bring the truck back and they did not have the starter. I contacted Ford and They had me take the truck to Gus Muchado Ford who changed the camshaft positioning sensor and fixed the problem. Do not take you vehicle to them!!! More
A Nightmare!!! I recently bought a ford escape from them they have not been able to turn in vehicle contract or pay off my car because they have yet to receive a dow I recently bought a ford escape from them they have not been able to turn in vehicle contract or pay off my car because they have yet to receive a down payment of $3,000 which is included in the sales contract. I am going crazy trying to get back the car I traded in and have the general manager contact me and nothing everyone washes their hands with it and no one wants to face the issue. Even though they have not received the down payment they say they are going to send in the paperwork for the deal which is then not what I signed for. More
