Bait and switch ! Corruption at its finest ! I drove down from west palm beach (aprox 2 1/2 hour drive) . The internet sales manager Orlando (BigO) advised me that the truck I was interested in w I drove down from west palm beach (aprox 2 1/2 hour drive) . The internet sales manager Orlando (BigO) advised me that the truck I was interested in was on the lot and being held with no deposit needed . When arriving to the dealership I was greeted by a sales man who Let me know that the truck was previously sold . Classic bait and switch to get me down to the dealer . After an hour of them trying to locate a similar model with no luck we left . 20min after leaving another salesman called and said they have located the original truck on their own lot . Can’t make this xxxx up ! Only in Miami ! Wouldn’t recommend this dealer to my worst enemy! More

Happy with my sales experience of my new 2019 Ford Escape Manny, our salesman, was very patient and helpful with our trading- in of two vehicles and purchasing our new 2019 Ford Escape. He got back to us in a timely manner providing us with the information and answers to our questions. He was professional and made us feel comfortable. Yesser from Finance was also professional and quite efficient! I love his sense of humor which made the often grueling purchase of a vehicle a pleasant experience. The gentleman in the Parts Department was super efficient and professional. He delivered on all his promises and even helped me carry the items to my car. I’m a little concerned about the Service Department. I had one question about future oil changes and I stood there for quite some time before anyone acknowledged me. The department was not busy at that time and several employees passed me without making any kind of eye contact or inquiry as to why I was standing there. I hope this won’t be the case when I need maintenance on our vehicle! More
