Find Another Dealer Initially, Geo and his boss Oscar appeared helpful. Well, my family and I spent two days at this dealer looking at a new car. In the end, the numbers did not work to my liking so I decided to focus on my daughter’s first car. She found one she liked, drove to the dealership a third time to look at it and was told by Geo that the car would not start although it just came in and could not show any answers as to why or how and promised to call the following day after speaking to the mechanic. Well, he didn’t call the following but the day after that. He told me the car wasn’t working because the keys needed to be directly near the console ( this car had keyless remote). So, I didn’t buy that story but said I was coming in anyway to buy the car. So now it is Wednesday, and spoke directly to The manager Oscar and told him I was coming in to purchase the car and to have the financials ready. He agreed, and told me that he would call back with the exact numbers. He didn’t follow through either. When I finally tracked him down the following day(yesterday) he told the car has been sold Wednesday evening. I am livid at this dealership due to their unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. By the way, my first day at this dealership, I’ve witnessed first hand another customer arguing with the dealership beacause they did the same thing to them! More
Horribly unprofessionally run group! After being a return customer, I should have known what I was in for. I had an experiance worse than a crooked used car dealers lot! After putting $4000 down towards the purchase of a Vette, they pulled the vehicle up and the vehicle was filthy. It took 6hrs to make the purchase, the vehicle needed repair to drive it 3hrs home, and was improperly band aided together. It needed a new battery, and the tail pipes had fallen off. They stuck a battery in and improperly placed the pipe up, so I could drive away. When contacted about this experiance, I was led to believe they would make good on the needed repairs by Arnold. Then I was blown off for a week after calling repeatedly, and was eventually told it was up to the GM. I was then told, the GM was upset by my negative review of the car buying experiance, and as a result, WAS NOT GOING TO DO NECESSARY REPAIRS! This dealership is unprofessional, uncaring, inexperianced, uneducated, and worse than any crooked Mom & Pop shop in the country. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Ford Motor Company, but dont expect anything to come from it. I just hope to keep anyone else from having this experiance. More

When I questioned the company about the service contract they said it covers 3 oil changes which I did some work of my own to be reimbursed for the service agreement but shows they are taking advantage of people in my opion. I purchased a vehicle and was surprised when the very high dealership fees were added. I feel the difference in vehicle price from the original price to the price I negotiated was bumped back up roughly the same amount, then more, by add-on dealership fees in the thousands. This occurred after price negotiations with salesman Tato. I was told by Tato I had to apply the down payment before talking to the finance guy, and after the down payment was applied, there is no room to avoid the high/inflated dealer fees that Lorenzo Ford increases unreasonably. Tag transfer to GA...already had tag from previous vehicle, just needed it transferred. Was told by Sussette that she would let me know when the tag transfer was complete. I purchased the vehicle on July 13th and was eventually told by Sussette on November 30th that the transfer could be completed by me going to the GA tag office. It took over 4 1/2 months for her to tell me that after multiple follow-ups on the status. This was after I was told I had to pay her (the dealership) $260.80 in order to complete the tag transfer, on top of the $173.00 I paid at the time of purchase (4 months ago) for a total of $433.80 to transfer the tag to GA. When I pressed for answers, I was eventually told I didn't owe anything and could have the tag transfer completed just by visiting the GA tag office. So I almost paid an extra $260.80 for nothing...and had to wait 4 1/2 months for this...the Better Business Bureau will be hearing about this from me for sure. However lately they said the engine is bad, new excuse, bottom line the vehicle was sold to somebody else....How the LORENZO FORD during the deals, what is the pill for their toxicity ? More
