He got back to us in a timely manner providing us with the information and answers to our questions. He was professional and made us feel comfortable. Yesser from Finance was also professional and quite efficient! I love his sense of humor which made the often grueling purchase of a vehicle a pleasant experience. The gentleman in the Parts Department was super efficient and professional. He delivered on all his promises and even helped me carry the items to my car. I’m a little concerned about the Service Department. I had one question about future oil changes and I stood there for quite some time before anyone acknowledged me. The department was not busy at that time and several employees passed me without making any kind of eye contact or inquiry as to why I was standing there. I hope this won’t be the case when I need maintenance on our vehicle! More

Outrageous total labor charge simple fuel pump replacement On May 21, 2019 I brought my 77 Cougar wagon to Lorenzo Ford, appox. 1 pm. It was leaking fluid, and I assumed it was water from a rusted freeze plu On May 21, 2019 I brought my 77 Cougar wagon to Lorenzo Ford, appox. 1 pm. It was leaking fluid, and I assumed it was water from a rusted freeze plug on the engine block by the fuel pump. I was quoted on the phone, a $135.00 diagnostic fee, which I agreed to before having the car towed in. The actual leak was a fuel leak, coming from a bad fuel pump. The total labor charge including the diagnostic fee was $540.00. The car was ready May 23, 9:30 am. I've changed fuel pumps on this car before, and know that the amount of time required is about the time it takes to change your oil. Plug the fuel line by the fuel pump. Remove two bolts that attach the fuel pump to the block. Take the pump off, and put the new pump on with the new gasket. Put the two bolts back in. Replace the rubber fuel line by the pump and put on two new hose clamps. Deduct the diagnostic fee of $135.00, and that still leaves $405.00 I paid for actual labor for a one hour job. Many repair shops will deduct the diagnostic fee from the repair cost. I wrote to Brandon Barrows, Service Director about the excessive charge. The letter included my email, address, and phone number. I have not heard a thing from Mr. Barrows. I also called Ford's national customer service number, and they gave me a case number for the complaint about the excessive labor charge. I would have spent a lot less at a regular repair shop for this. If the dealership made a reasonable refund of the labor charge, I would be happy to give them a better rating. It appears the service director is not concerned knowing I have a case number, and not taking time to contact me by phone, email or US mail. More

We found a used Audi Q7 on one of the car shopping apps, so we took a trip to Lorenzo Ford to check it out. When we got there, Renier Del Rio was the sales consultant who assisted us. He showed us the Audi and all of its features, we later took it out on a test drive. My wife and I were not really impressed and kept browsing the lot. Renier was very accomodating in showing us different models and letting us test drive various vehicles. Eventually, we came to a 2019 Ford Flex Limited with the EcoBoost engine. My wife loved the space and the driving dynamics. At first, she wasn't thrilled by the color, but I was. We had to leave that day, because we had other errands to take care of. But we looked into the Flex further and realized that we were being offered a stellar deal. We went back a few days later, and we never had any pressure from Renier or anyone at Lorenzo Ford. When we came back, we brought my in-laws along. This time, I took a test drive to see what my wife was so excited about. I enjoyed the power of the EcoBoost engine and the low ride height made it easy for my in-laws to ingress and egress the vehicle. Once we told Renier that we were ready to purchase the vehicle, he brought us over to Kiamy Perez, the Financing Manager. Kiamy was very professional and explained the entire process to us. He was very transparent the entire time, this was the first car buying experience between the dozens of cars that my wife and I have owned where we felt completely comfortable. I would definitely recommend the group of guys that helped my wife and I get our car. More

He told me that those were the cars that had been in 2018 and that indeed, they had that Explorer in stock for $ 23 990.00, but only that in silver color. He also told me that the car was totally new and without any problem. Only 10 minutes passed until I got to the dealer and there they started telling lies. First they told me that the car was not available, that it had been an Oscar error, but that they could offer me another $ 28,000.00. When he rejected his offer, the manager came to tell me that the car had been hit and they had it repaired. They also offered me more expensive cars and I also rejected them. I ended up getting up and leaving the place indignant for such lack of respect towards the client.
