Do not purchase a used car from Lorenzo Ford I recently purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition from Lorenzo Ford. During my inspection of the SUV I noted several safety issues including lights only in I recently purchased a 2005 Ford Expedition from Lorenzo Ford. During my inspection of the SUV I noted several safety issues including lights only in High Beam, window washer fluid pump not working. The Salesman took the SUV to the service department, when the SUV was returned, I was informed all the was fixed. During the drive home the Bright head light indicator came on and I only had bright lights (no dim) and the window washer fluid pump still was not working. 2 days after purchasing the SUV the Check Engine light came on and the truck was dead on the side of the road. I purchased this SUV with cash, the process still took over 4 hours. After the truck breaking down, I emailed Isabella the Sales Assistant. I received a return email Stating “We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you and have a good morning”. Do yourself a favor look for a used car elsewhere. I didn't even see a ton of options on their site the day I was shopping in person . . . but I knew I would be treated well. Ask for Jesse at this dealership. So patient, professional, and funny- after visiting several other dealers he really stands out. He texted with us during the day and I appreciated the convenience and follow up. We were his last customer of the day, hours later than we said we'd arrive and close to closing, but he greeted us with a smile and jokes. He cared about what we needed in a vehicle, and when we didn't find the perfect option, he went and worked a miracle and found more options in the back lot. One truck was more than we planned to pay, but was the PERFECT vehicle for us. So, he and his team worked with us until we made it work.
