So patient, professional, and funny- after visiting several other dealers he really stands out. He texted with us during the day and I appreciated the convenience and follow up. We were his last customer of the day, hours later than we said we'd arrive and close to closing, but he greeted us with a smile and jokes. He cared about what we needed in a vehicle, and when we didn't find the perfect option, he went and worked a miracle and found more options in the back lot.
