Very slow at everything! Did not get or give all info at closing. (Received only one document in closing packet). Had appt. to get car, when arrived car still in back. I am highly dissatisfied. My credit was ran 10 times, I did not approve of this nor was I informed before it was done. I signed for 14,5.. After 8 hours I finally get my paper work and look it over it says did not approve of this nor was I informed before it was done. I signed for 14,5.. After 8 hours I finally get my paper work and look it over it says $27,000. I didn't even want the car. I told them I'm not trying to get an expensive car. I wanted something to help my credit not bankrupt me. The car feels like a, $30 a day rental. it has no good anything. Can I return it? I CALLED LORENZO FORD MAYBE 10 TIMES, I got ONE ANSWER, I WAS TRANSFERED AND NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE. I left voicemails and everything. Someone really needs to call me, email, text, fax, something. When I get a chance and time I'll be there. 3052442578. I went there because postmate perks. I didn't receive anything I was suppose to far as price and deals. Too many hidden fees.
