the biggest bunch of pirates you will ever encounter So there is a reason the used car salesmen profession and dealerships are the most hated and least trusted professionals (if i can even use that word So there is a reason the used car salesmen profession and dealerships are the most hated and least trusted professionals (if i can even use that word to describe this place). Where to start? So I walk in and test drive the car, Ok so far so good. When we sit to start talking prices, etc.. the salesperson Isidro informs me that the internet price is an already discounted price that you must meet the 5 criteria to actually get that price. So you must be a veteran, a first responder and 3 other absurd requirements (one was that you must have a trade in no earlier than 2000 I think). If you don't meet all of the requirements the price of the car GOES UP. First sign these vampires don't give a horse's you know what about you or giving you the best deal. Second lie, I was lured in with an email stating they were having a President's day sale...when I asked about the sale good old Count Drac...err...Isidro stated there was no presidents day sale. So there is no sale AND the price of the car went up $2500 because I didn't qualify for the already baked in discounts. I really wanted the car so I negotiated for 2 car keys and the manuals...Isidro agreed and we shook hands. They quickly got me to pay and when I asked for the second key all they gave me was the actual physical key without the electronic FOB. The physical key doesn't do squat without the FOB and when I asked what I was supposed to do with the "key" they all started laughing. I was really pissed at this point so I didn't even bother to check if the manual was in the car...surprise it wasn't. I emailed Isidro asking if he could get me one and he gave me the old greasy haired used car salesman response that he would get on it right away. 2 weeks and numerous texts later he's still giving me terrible excuses that he can't find a manual. I bought a 2019 ford explorer from a ford dealership and all he could answer is they can't find one...its a ford dealership they should have stacks of them piled up somewhere, or at the very least call ford HQ and asked for them to send a few. Bottom line, avoid this place like the entire staff has the coronavirus, you'll be much happier if you do. More
