My 2019 ford mustang was having an issue with the passenger side front tire as it was losing psi faster than normal. I showed up early Saturday morning and the more than nice service advisor/ technic passenger side front tire as it was losing psi faster than normal. I showed up early Saturday morning and the more than nice service advisor/ technician heard my problem and took my car in at around 7;30.at 9 am.The advisor called me up and reported r he tire was fine all they did was clear debris from the bead air stem.All for no charge. The temporary tag was not with the vehicle when I received the car. I called the dealership many times for 3 days. Would always be put through to a voicemail in accounting. Finally called the used car sales department and that gentleman finally put me through to the title department. Finally received my temporary tag one week after I purchased the car. It was a present for my son and he couldn't even drive it. Also, I texted and called Manny and Cesar several times during this time period with no response. Except for tag fiasco the purchase of the vehicle and related paperwork went great. More
