From one end of the spectrum to the other, homes, cars to to bubblegum, I would rather drink mace with a side of teargas than ever deal with this horrible place ever again. Not a joke, more to come on every social media outlet, manufacturer websites, Attorney General, BBB, Lemon Law and Legal proceedings. On Monday, June 22nd was the day my nightmare started. I went to Lorenzo Ford dealership in Homestead, Fl, US looking for a diesel truck which looked ideal online, they ended up showing me a different one t went to Lorenzo Ford dealership in Homestead, Fl, US looking for a diesel truck which looked ideal online, they ended up showing me a different one that matched my preferences because the other one had been sold, it was an F350 Lariat 2011, I fell in love with it right away because honestly, it is breathtaking from the outside. I went the next day to my body shop and my mechanic told me all the mechanics under the truck are completely rusted beyond repair. On Wednesday I went back to the dealer and to make the story short the manager, Dany, didn't want to take the truck back, he kept claiming that they had given me a deal I was not going to find anywhere else and that I had signed an AS-IS contract, but they never specified that the truck was so rusted under, and the financier dared to compare my situation to returning a hamburger at Burger King... REALLY??... In the end, they decided to give me the option to buy the truck back for the same price they sold it to me but I had to find another truck newer with fewer miles, I found one after looking at the 4 options they had. I selected a Ford F250 King Ranch 2015 with 40 thousand miles less than the other one. Well, after waiting an entire day to get "the approval from the bank (Wells Fargo) to do the trade-in" (according to them), they sent me home and when I got back the next day they told me the bank didn't approve it, that I had to choose a newer one with even fewer miles, I started looking and after making me waste another day of my life, they told me at 1 pm that I should go home and wait until the next day to receive a response from another bank. This only showed me that somebody in this whole equation is not doing his job and is giving me the round around to make me either stay with the piece of junk or buy them a 2020 truck. They have the worst customer service and I do not recommend anybody to go there for any reason, this has been the worst experience of my life. I ended up contacting Wells Fargo to place a claim to see what the resolution will be, it is unfair to have a person buy a car that is completely rusted beyond repair and not do anything about it. This place is complete trash of an establishment to buy a car, the only nice thing there was my salesperson, Brian, everybody from the manager (which everybody claims to be) to the receptionist was extremely rude and claimed to be helping but didn't. Today in my presence four more people went inside to complain and one of the ladies in charge of helping these people told the receptionist to tell anybody else looking for her that she was not there. This place is complete trash DO NOT GO THERE TO BUY A CAR! They are a HUGE SCAM. I hope Wells Fargo will help me with this problem since I think they were also lied to, otherwise, they would not have approved the finance. I feel robbed and disrespected by Lorenzo Ford's management team. More

I was looking to by 2 cars: one for me and one for my daughter. the sales rep Jean was awesome, very kind and patient. He showed us several cars and my daughter decided on a 2017 Chevy Cruze which was priced great, and I was contemplating the 2020 or 2019 Ford Escape. It was getting late so we just decided to do the deal for the Chevy Cruze and I would come back for my car. It all went down hill when I stepped into Ariel's office (finance manager). They showed me a paper with a breakdown of the fees, which added up to $3,500!!!! That was unacceptable to me, and as I looked it over I noticed an E-file fee of $499, which I said I was not going to pay. Ariel called Jean back and Jean then went to the manager to see if he would remove it. Long story short, IT WAS NEVER REMOVED!! They just shuffled the numbers around and kept saying that it was another fee. But that was not the worst of it all. I was frustrated, tired and aggravated with all the back and forth with Ariel and in the end he had us electronically sign the contract without printing it out first. He then printed it out folded it up and handed it to me and said we were done. I didn't know that then but found out that, THIS WAS ILLEGAL!!!!! He never allowed me to review the contract prior to signing it and certainly did not take the time to go over the contract with me. I felt rushed and disgusted and at that point I just wanted to cancel the whole thing, but my 19 yo daughter would have been devastated {and he knew that}. After leaving the office, I went home and really went over the contract and found out that Ariel is an extremely dishonest, immoral and shady finance officer. I was so upset that I went back to discuss what happened and spoke with Fernando (finance manager) who was extremely nice and seemed very professional, who said he could not help me because the deal had already been verified by the bank and could not be modified. He suggested to speak with Ariel and see if he could help. Of course Ariel was not there, so I am left to deal with this guy again.... I am soo disappointed that this was the first car experience for my daughter and myself. HORRIBLE!!!!! More
