Buyer beware! !! Stay away from the Fort Lauderdale Lorenzo Nissan location!!! They have no clue what they are doing at that Fort Lauderdale location. Mo in finance !! Stay away from the Fort Lauderdale Lorenzo Nissan location!!! They have no clue what they are doing at that Fort Lauderdale location. Mo in finance and Ali (GM) have no clue what they are doing!!!!! No customer service skills whatsoever!!! The Homestead location is much more organized. Very customer oriented. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, go see Kevin. Very nice guy!!! Management at the Homestead location is also very well educated in customer service. Tried reaching out to Mr. Lorenzo Llerena to explain the issues at his Fort Lauderdale location Nissan dealership, but that guy doesn’t answer his voicemails. More
