Great service, Juan came out to greet me as soon as I came in and took care of me right away, offered for a driver to take me to work which I didn’t need but it was nice knowing I have that option next t came in and took care of me right away, offered for a driver to take me to work which I didn’t need but it was nice knowing I have that option next time if needed, my car was ready by given time and it was a smooth transition on the way as well as in the morning. Very disappointed with service and customer service , I had to take my vehicle back for the same problem three times , spend almost 2 months with out my vehicle , besides that, I have them work on my back had to take my vehicle back for the same problem three times , spend almost 2 months with out my vehicle , besides that, I have them work on my back window that was stuck down , somehow, they didn’t put back everything the way they should, and I could open the door from the inside of course I had no way to find out because I never sit in the back few months later when I find out, I let them know and they wanted to charge me $195. No warranty no courtesy More
