Andrew was great. Great customer service skills and call me to give me status updates on my vehicle. The only thing I dislike about my experience was that the maintenance message on my dash was not reset and also the 5k mileage engine oil replacement reminder message was not added to center dash. I had to do it myself with the help of Andrew. Andrew sent me how to reset it and I also looked it up on YouTube to resolve it myself. Paying for a service but having to do it yourself is the reason people stop getting their vehicles serviced at the dealerships. Andrew said he would talk to management about this issue. Hopefully he does but overall Andrew was an excellent service rep will ask for him next time. More
