Hi I did not like the service at all! I told the tech I wanted synthetic oil. He said yes, when I payed. The paperwork did not say what kind of oil. I took my car to Longo Toyota since my multimedia was failing, once I got there Max Hernandez greeted me and my fiancé in a very kind way, he listened everything we needed to explained about the failure failing, once I got there Max Hernandez greeted me and my fiancé in a very kind way, he listened everything we needed to explained about the failure in my car and he wrote down all our explanations and provided us with an idea about what his report will inform to the service area. Then he kept us informed about the service status of my car throughout the day, so that helped a lot since we knew what was going on with my car and what to expect. I was informed that Longo Toyota updated the software for the Multimedia Screen and I hope that fix the problem in a permanent way now, since the multimedia screen failed several times last year 2023 when I recently bought the car and it failed again this year 2024. To conclude, our experience with our service representative Max Hernandez was great! His kindness, knowledge and just the fact that he put attention on what we have to said made a great difference! We need more people like him that really shows care and understanding! 10 points for him!! More
