My experience yesterday was not good. I was talked to a rep with a bad demeanor. He was short with his words. No customer service that felt he cared about my car. Yes my car is 10 years old but you made me feel bad about my car. and when it was time to get updates about my car you were worse. Fast talking and made it seem like I wasn't worth your time. Really disliked the rep I was received by. disliked my visit and refused any work he partially explained. I rather go somewhere else than have to deal with him. More

Very courteous and easy with check-in. The only bad part was the wait time. I was in for Toyota Care with simple tires rotation and multi-points inspection.
