However, this time after Longo Toyota did the service on my car, the switch that moves the driver seat didn't work at all. I waited at the pickup and delivery area, I requested a technician to look into it. The technician named Robert came. Instead of checking on the switch, Robert made a statement "Your car is old". He said the technicians are taller, they have to move the seat to back further, so they have enough room to work on my car. I told him even my car is old, but I kept up with maintenance. The switch has been working fine every day but after they did the maintenance the switch was completely not working. I told Robert they pushed the seat too far; my feet can't reach the gas accelerator pedal and the brake pedal; I can't drive my car home. Robert then pushed and pushed and pushed the parts under the driver seat. Thank God the switch started working again. My point is I don't mind losing additionally half an hour to wait for the fix, the problem is how RUDE Robert treated me as the customer. I wish Longo Toyota would give better customer service training to their service technicians. More

Need better quality control & coordination at your repair bays or is this deliberate act? The oil jug is too big to miss by the repair technician, I don't want him to lose his job but I'm dealing with a serious issue now. More
