I took my car in for routine oil service and it was poor handling. The service representative did Not have clear expectations. Didn’t explain that I had to pay more over the coupon price. This place is lacking its superior service and handling dice covid. I guess their are penny pinching and upselling things to make up for the sales depreciation. Penske management needs to review and fix before it gets worse. More
