Drove over two hours for a deal made via email. Got there and found the car had some small dents and scratches that did not show up in the picture. Nothing bad to say just had a tad rough start that I feel could have been handled from the beginning but it all worked out and they made it 'right', I left happy and a good deal made. I was paying cash for my car and what should have been a 30 minute transaction took 4 hours. Jeremy Reynolds was my salesperson and he tried to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Why was it necessary to access my credit reports if I am paying cash? That added to my frustration as I had to unlock an additional one as the first one had no one answering the phone. I have been out of the country for several years so perhaps that is why. It would have been nice if someone would have been able to show me how some of the features worked but I was anxious to get out of the dealership after so many hours. I did receive a telephone call from Jeremy the next day and that was appreciated. The dealership is very clean and appears to be well organized. It’s unfortunate that my transaction took so very long. More
