I’m older and have an admittedly excessive history of car buying experience (not proud of that, lol). The team was honest, straight forward and with no poor tactics or pressure. I’m in Wichita Falls and it was worth the 2.5 hour drive to save thousands. They made an offer on my F-150 trade-in that was about $3000 more than a local Ford dealer I was working with. Plus, their internet listed discount off MSRP was accurate with no other markups or surprise fees We drove down and they honored the prices we discussed. Kenneth demonstrates understanding of customer needs and makes sincere efforts to meet those needs. He is unbiased and professional when making recommendations for the items that need to be taken care of for the vehicle. He carries solid knowledge and explains mechanisms, risks, and benefits of recommended service items; for example, radiator (cooling system) flush, and drain and refill of transmission fluid. He also accommodates the service schedule to fit our schedule. Kenneth also demonstrates great respect for clients and sincere commitment to customer satisfaction!! The quality of work done by Mechanics at Longo Toyota of Prosper is also great! I have been going to this place for over 2 years now and never had an incident when I had to go back to them because they had forgotten on some items or the items not been well taken care of.
