Excellent Experience I just moved to Texas from NY and I was in the market for a car. I requested a quote from the Longo Toyota Dealer and Greg Norman called me that next I just moved to Texas from NY and I was in the market for a car. I requested a quote from the Longo Toyota Dealer and Greg Norman called me that next morning. He was very open with me about the way they do business at the dealership. All prices up front. You see everything they see and what they can do for you. He also doesn’t work on commission. You know that’s true because I never felt pressured. Greg was really trying to get me in the best car for me. It didn’t matter when it was. We agreed to meet at 11am but I ran late. He waited for me. He even planned to leave and go for lunch but I texted him when I finally got to the dealership and he came right back. Before coming to the dealership - I looked up a few used cars they had on their lot (I was planning to buy new)... there was a great deal I wanted to check out so I told Greg about it. He looked it up and in deed the used car was in their lot and available. I test drove the used and new car. No pressure from anyone on which to select. Greg showed me all the differences and features between the two cars and gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. At the end - I went for the used car... and I’m so happy with the purchase.
