First, I texted back and forth with the Longo internet sales team over the holiday weekend to pre-establish my CPO vehicle needs and price parameters. When the first salesman went on vacation, I was transitioned effortlessly to his colleague. Then, I called a dozen or so other L.A. dealerships to try to find a better price on a comparable vehicle type. I couldn't find more competitive pricing. When I arrived on at the Longo lot, I was blown away by the incomparable selection of cars and shoppers, yet my salesman made me and my mother feel like we were the only customer there. He literally spent four hours indulging my mother's endless questions and seemingly random preference changes. He never showed any sign of frustration, even though I wanted to scream! He delivered exactly what he and his colleague promised at the price they promised before I ever stepped onto the lot. Used car shopping is mind-numbingly frustrating. But I would recommend to anyone seeking a certified pre-owned car to go to Longo first. You can't beat the quality of the experience on all measures. Special thanks to David Reyes and Abel Duran.
