We just bought our first Lexus Hybrid from Jack Lee at Longo. It's a very pleasant experience. Jack is very professional and courteous. Since I am buying the car for my parents, my consideration is a bit different when comparing buying one for myself. I did my my homework before I walked in to the dealer. Then, I told Jack what I am looking for and he provided the professional, candid and straight advices based on the price range and the features. Then I make my decision based on what I think is the best. We basically walk thru the pro and con on the HS, RX, and GS. At one point, I was walking out becasue I was contemplating whether I should get a RX or a HS since my parents are rather short in height. Jack handled this potential unfruitful engagement with professionalism. That is what brings me back and bought the car few mintues later. ) Gotta love the clean engagement that focus to the point. I think the deal that I got is okay, not the greatest one but it's one packed with values. In smmary, it's a very pleasant exprience because Jack provided the professional sales services.
