We already knew we wanted to get our next Subaru at Long, and by chance chatting with Matt on the sales floor, during a service appointment, turned into a sale. Quick follow up We purchased a 2016 outback on July 2017. I had a great experience with purchasing it, they accommodated my every need throughout the purchase. I had a tire issue recently and they split the cost. That’s what I call service. Not pushy and nice selection. Highly recommend and Happy we finally found a great Subaru dealership. More

Wonderful experience! I purchased my car from Long Subaru a couple of years ago, which was a very easy, friendly experience. Recently, while parked, it was hit and badly d I purchased my car from Long Subaru a couple of years ago, which was a very easy, friendly experience. Recently, while parked, it was hit and badly damaged. It was towed to a lot in Worcester. The next day, the Long Collision center had it towed to their shop. There was extensive damage and it took a couple of weeks to fix. I picked it up yesterday. It looks better than before it was hit! The whole process was seamless and completely taken care of by the Long Collision Center. Everyone was very friendly and nice and their work is guaranteed for life. I cannot recommend them highly enough! More

Gold star service! I have bought 2 cars through Long Subaru and have been getting my cars serviced there ever since then.
