We enjoy the ability to get right in for oil changes and helpful staff. The ability to have a loaner car if it’s going to take awhile is great. My husband has been a Subaru car person for years. At his advise,when indeed a new car, I test drove the ascent. The staff was kind and helpful but not pushy which helped make my choice in the purchase of the ascent. More

I appreciated that my husband was kept abreast of the repairs needed and he was offered a loner car for the rest of the day since he thought he was waiting for just an oil change to be completed. . We love Subarus (#6) and love Longs. We have a "long" history with Longs in Framingham, my husband's dad bought a Pontiac back in the 60's and other vehicles (we can't quite remember wh We have a "long" history with Longs in Framingham, my husband's dad bought a Pontiac back in the 60's and other vehicles (we can't quite remember what). So, we chose Longs in Webster when we were considering a Subaru. I like the coffee they serve. Always efficient service. Bought all 6 Subarus from Longs. It's like Cheers, where everyone knows your name. More

After much thinking I realize my original review was accusatory and unprofessional. So I have decided to edit and reword my review in a much better manor. I brought my car to Long Subaru for a 4 whee accusatory and unprofessional. So I have decided to edit and reword my review in a much better manor. I brought my car to Long Subaru for a 4 wheel alignment due to a front end repair I had made. I was informed that my car had a bad ball joint as well as several leaks. Being a mechanic for quite some time I was going to take the car home and do the repairs I had been informed the car needed. In an attempt to do so I was unable to simulate the issue that was claimed to be problematic on my car and thus could not go forward with making these repairs. As such It leads me to question as to weather or not the technician working on my car was being honest with me. As such I feel the need to take my business elsewhere from now on. More

Oil light came on while I was driving to a meeting in CT. Turned around, drove through “Bigelow Hollow” (very scenic route) which leads directly to Webster, MA and Long Subaru. Service took me without an app Turned around, drove through “Bigelow Hollow” (very scenic route) which leads directly to Webster, MA and Long Subaru. Service took me without an appointment, and topped off the oil - for free! Great experience, really cheered me up after missing my meeting. More
