There was Purchased a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealer. This was my first experience with Subaru. I was very pleased with the entire sales team. There was no pressure to purchase any vehicle from them. I pretty much had them show me one of each model and they didn't push back once. Once I decided on a vehicle to purchase, my salesman Shawn McMurry located the exact model with options I wanted and had it brought in the following day. On the next business day I signed the paperwork while they registered the vehicle. I drove it off the lot the following day. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've made to date. The showroom was always clean and the customer service was top notch. If you are in the market for a Subaru, I would suggest Long Subaru first. More

I received a prompt response and the price quoted was better Before arriving st the dealership I requested a price for a vehicle through the internet. I received a prompt response and the price quoted was better than one her dealerships in the area. I made an appointment and met with Kevin Goodrow. He treated us with respect and we were treated fairly and courteously. The purchase experience was actually pleasant. We did not feel pressured and we were allowed time to think about our decision. I would recommend Kevin as someone you will feel comfortable dealing with. Ray Brien was also pleasant to us and explained everything in detail. I felt he had our best interests in mind as all the different options were explained. It appears this dealership has some core values that include treating customers in a manner that will make them want to return the next time they are considering a purchase vs getting them in an out the door.
