Very open and Honest Lisa Courchaine was very open and honest right from the start. She was very easy to talk to and made my brother and I feel comfortable with the entire Lisa Courchaine was very open and honest right from the start. She seemed to genuinely want my husband and I to be happy with our purchase. I appreciated the quick and reasonable estimate without all of the back-and-forth games most dealerships require to get the best price. Ray was upfront about any extras and helped us decide which might be a good fit for our particular needs. There was no pressure from Lisa or Ray to buy additional accessories or protection plans.
