Chris, As we have discussed on the same review left on another platform, we believe that your car, which is nearly 20 years old with over 200k miles, has some significant safety issues. These issues were pointed out to you under the car by a Senior Master Subaru tech and our shop foreman, also a Senior Master Subaru tech, with a combined 60 years of experience. We stand by our diagnosis and wonder why someone who is a "15 year tech" (and actually worked for us but is not eligible for rehire) would continue bringing his cars (your family services with us also) to our store, if what you say is true. We are obligated to point out all safety issues on all cars that we look at and will continue to do so, even if the news isn't what the customer wants to hear. While we realize some people may choose not to repair certain items, we believe this is part of service experience that most people expect. Best of luck with your search for a different service facility.

First if all, i was not looking for a rehire. So your whole point to me not being eligiable makes no sense whatsoever. I left there back in 2006 I believe under my own accord. Second, the only services ive had done there, is an alignment and i just had a tire swapped. I do have the years of experience, but do not have an alignment rack nor tire changing/balancing equipment. Third, the car is still driving and stopping without an issue, must be one of those leaks that randomly comes and goes. You, Mr Barry turned things into an argument by your unprofessional approach and desire to try to attack me. If you recall my original review did not go heavily into detail. Only after your attack did i respond in kind. My reviews will stand, people can choose to either believe them or not. Thats there choice, but i have the right to post a review of my dealings with the company.
