Quick and easy purchase I emailed the dealership for a price quote and received a quick response that was a fair price, on the low end of True Car ranges. Lisa asked me weekly, without pestering, if I wanted to take a test drive. By the time I got there a few weeks later the car I was looking at was sold but she was able to set aside the one on the lot most similar (within $50 of the original quote.). It was a busy day when I got there but she didn't have me wait or pressure me - I said I did my research and just needed time with the car so she gave me the keys and let me decide. Between the emails, visit and test drive, I must have spent less than an hour total on the decision. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had to get the car I wanted at a fair price. More

Kris is such a gentleman and took plenty of time to let us test drive and ask questions.I drive a '96 Camry and my husband a '03 Tacoma (not 4wd) so before the snow flies,we are hoping to be in an AWD We are still talking at this point but I am VERY impressed with Kris and his sales manager, Stephen Geer. I would highly recommend Long Subaru to anyone. More
