Shawn McMurray was very knowledgeable, unhurried, friendly. My new Legacy is the 2nd Subaru I bought from Long Subaru, so I was obviously happy with their service. He was very patient as having driven a Forester for 7 years and a Legacy before that, I wasn't sure exactly which model I wanted or if I wanted new or used. He took his time explaining the new technology of the car to me in detail and let me practice everything until I was comfortable with the new gadgets of which my 2006 Forester of course had none. I ended up leasing a 2016 crosstrek, and couldn't be happier wits my experience. He was right, it's a great car that works perfectly with my city and outdoors lifestyles.
