He treated us with respect and we were treated fairly and courteously. The purchase experience was actually pleasant. We did not feel pressured and we were allowed time to think about our decision. I would recommend Kevin as someone you will feel comfortable dealing with. Ray Brien was also pleasant to us and explained everything in detail. I felt he had our best interests in mind as all the different options were explained. It appears this dealership has some core values that include treating customers in a manner that will make them want to return the next time they are considering a purchase vs getting them in an out the door. He was very patient as having driven a Forester for 7 years and a Legacy before that, I wasn't sure exactly which model I wanted or if I wanted new or used. He took his time explaining the new technology of the car to me in detail and let me practice everything until I was comfortable with the new gadgets of which my 2006 Forester of course had none.
