I ended up in a major car accident that resulted in my car being deemed as "totalled" and was heartbroken, stressed, and on the edge. However, Lisas calm and easy going professionalism lured me right into seriously considering purchasing a Subaru vehicle. I have always been interested in the Subaru brand, but did not know much about it besides that anyone that has owned one tells me how it is "the best car they ever had," "trustworthy vehicle," "great all wheel drive, safe vehicle in New England weather." After enduring a tragic accident, I decided that safety is my #1 feature that I was looking for in a vehicle. Lisa is remarkably knowledgeable about the Subaru brand and even gave me a very honest assesment of the vehicle that I was looking at which is the Subaru Impreza. She owned several Subaru vehicles herself therefore I felt that I could confide in her. She offered me a great price for the value of the car and was instantly sold. Our experience with the Financing department, was incredibly impressive! Ray Brien was a pleasure to work with and made our Subaru Impreza purchase very smooth and easy. Jared Costa is a exceptional customer service manager who is knowledgeable about the Subaru brand and even overcompensated on information regarding the vehicle which I am so thankful for! He was super sweet, and even offered us some delicious treats offered in the comfortable and tidy service waiting room. I am very proud to now be a part of the Long Subaru family and my boyfriend is very much looking forward to joining next year too! :) More

This is the way to buy a car. I will definitely be back at Long and my husband's next Subaru will come from there too! I wasn't planning on financing but 0% financing with absolutely NO FEES for a 4 year loan was hard to beat. No pressure tactics for anything. They put on plates, did the registration and the inspection sticker. Convenience and the best price for the car I could find makes me want to come back and tell my friends to shop Long. I had shopped at another dealer, checked Consumer Reports and I knew I was getting a good deal so there was no need to haggle on the price. Other niceties like first oil change free (and Lisa made the appointment before I left the dealership) and a full tank of gas are really appreciated. Thank you Lisa! More

The car purchased had been a older unit, gone through extensively & was a well presented 1 owner sedan, but like some old cars, even out of the gate they have problems. 1st day on the hour ride home, the power steering failed, had it towed to a fellow Lomg dealership closer to me, where by Scott oversaw the process of making the car safe for inspection & one more subsequent visit as well during the first month of ownership. More GM's should take head on how professionally handling a situation can make the experience a good one even when things may not be perfect regarding the sale. Speaking of that, I can be polite and suggest, you all pick another sales person rather than Scott Brill unless you enjoy selling a car to yourself with bare minimum discussion or interaction mixed with a demeanor that is about as enthusiastic as watching paint dry in a empty room. Sorry to be so blunt, but honest reviews are good, and flavorless interactions with customers go a long long way in forming opinions of how they feel treated in the process. I'd go into details about the nuances, the little annoying slights he projects upon buyers with inflected tone, but feel the sufficient notice here mentioned is enough. Ray was super friendly on the pick up day running through the paperwork, easy and nice to deal with. It's a great dealership, with a great GM. I'd buy another car from them in a moment. More
Felt like family here I have purchased 2 other Subaru's from Long so I knew the type of service I would be receiving. I went on a Sunday to see what they had and went back on a Wednesday to buy it. I really wanted a silver vehicle but not with leather seats. The one they had was more expensive and had leather seats. I was willing to go with that but Kevin was honest enough to ask "Do you really want to spend thousands more just for a color." WOW, an honest salesman. He was right, so I went with the blue one. Love my Forester and hope Kevin is still working when I need to get another one. I was a walk in and Kevin had an appointment so I worked with Matt as well. He went the extra mile to finish up the paperwork without blinking an eye. They all made me feel like family. More

I just completed my third purchase from Long Subaru and walked out with a brochure for another possible purchase for my mother. That says volumes about how good this dealership is. Lisa (sales) and Ray (finance) are both extremely professional and easy to deal with. There has been absolutely no bs in any of my interactions with them. The service department has been fantastic and I have never had an issue with any of the work they have done or with how they have treated me. There are very few places that I will recommend to other people and Long Subaru is definitely at the top of the list. Thank you and please do not change how you do business. More
